Dropping into new music Friday hot, Brooklyn’s Imanos releases an explosive new single “Like Loving You” on the independent dance label Deux Trois. The track is a collaboration between the on the rise New York City-based DJ/producer Imanos with New Zealand’s up and comer c.wong, and the dance cut they put out is a vibrant dance tune with some late-summer vibes. Both artists have a unique indIvidual style which is showcased in the production of this track, which makes this track a one of a kind and ear-catching record which proves to be more than just another breakup song. Best known for his records with legends like Diplo, Pusha T, and Jessie J, Imanos continues to infuse is own club roots mixing it with a sense of pop that births out the unique track that is “Like Loving You.”

“Like Loving You” is the follow up to Imano’s last and most successful single release “Choices”, in collaboration with Norwegian electronic pop duo KREAM. Since its release in March “Choices “ has racked up over 3 million plays on Spotify and has been a feature track on Apple Music’s flagship playlist DanceXL.
About Imanos:
Originally from Vancouver, then juggling school and gigs while residing in New York, Imanos (James Somani), has been around a variety of music scenes. The budding DJ started making music at a young age landing a prestigious remix gig for Jessie J, Ariana Grande, and Niki Minaj’s “Bang Bang” with Grammercy and hones his craft holding residences at NYC nightclubs, becoming a tastemaker in the electronic world. He has worked on several tracks as an artist, most notably co-producing and featuring on Diplo’s “Revolution” with Faustix and Kai, and co-writing the title track off of Jessie J’s album Sweet Talker. From his productions, he has gained support from the likes of Skrillex, Diplo, The Chainsmokers, DJ Snake, Pete Tong, and A-Trak to name a few. His debut single “Gunshy” feat. Pusha T was featured on the soundtrack for the hit action film xXx: Return of Xander Cage as well as a national ad campaign for Simple Mobile.
